Today, I went stand up paddling. While I was out there, I was literally 4 feet away from a monk seal, an endangered species only found in Hawaii. It was honestly one of the coolest moments of my life. It was just so natural. I had the strongest urge to go out and pet her but, she probably would have bit me.
